Founder & Lead Dentist · Presidio Dental
Dr. Jesse C. Engle is a Tucson native born and raised in Northwest Tucson. He attended Canyon Del Oro High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from the University of Arizona, then his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, he was commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Army, served as a brigade dental surgeon in Baghdad, Iraq with the 3rd Infantry Division, and received an honorable discharge. He returned to Tucson and opened Presidio Dental in spring 2008. In 2012, he completed a four-month Implant Fellowship at the California Implant Institute — making Presidio one of the first practices in Tucson to adopt 3D CT scanning technology. He offers Invisalign, Six Month Smiles, in-house sedation, and mercury-free and BPA-free restorations. Outside the office, he enjoys cycling competitively across Arizona and spending time with his daughter Kailey.
